Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! To help us manage our kitchen and minimize food waste, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Standard Orders (Under $50)
  • More than 72 hour before pickup: Full refund or store credit.
  • Less than 72 hours before pickup: No cancellations or refunds allowed.

• Large Orders ($50 and over)
  • 7 days or more before pickup: Full refund
  • Between 72 hours and 7 days before pickup: Cancellations are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee to cover ingredient and administrative costs.
  • Less than 72 hours before pickup: No cancellations or refunds allowed.

Please submit all cancellation requests via Contact Us. Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from our team.
